About Me

I am a graduate of the Institute of Therapeutic Massage. After an intense, instructive program we learned how muscles work and how they move the body.  I had training with deep tissue massage, sports massage, shiatsu introduction, chair massage, aromatherapy classes, prenatal, hot stone, and lomi-lomi massage.  I actively continue with education and hands on with headache and neck pain relief, neuromuscular, myofascial work, deep tissue for low back, hips, knees and shoulders and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. 

I was mentored by many instructors and also a wonderful chiropractor.  I was employed by Reflections at Crystal Springs for 10 years.  I am now going to focus on my private company.

I love my career and hands-on approach.  It is such a great feeling to help someone.  Somedays people need a soft compassionate touch and other days may be a more aggressive and deep tissue work. Come in and together we can explore what your issues are, and help alleviate the pain.
